This summary of the findings we presented in our 2018 Report contains an explanation of the rationale for our rate recommendations, which were accepted in full by the Government in the Autumn 2018 Budget. It also summarises our key findings on the National Living Wage (NLW) and the youth labour market, and presents future rates.

This report also includes analysis of NLW coverage at a regional/national and local level. The data used to produce the maps in the report is also published here.
