A New View For The Futures Group

The Futures Group have moved their headquarters to the city centre – relocating from Sherwood Rise to Pearl House, overlooking Old Market Square.

While the Sherwood Rise office has been home to The Futures Group since 2013, Pearl House provides modern, professional facilities in line with new branding and is within walking distance of Futures’ other City Centre sites.

The decision to move came after recently rebranding and establishing a fresh look with a determined mission – to unlock potential in people of all ages.

Future thinking, focused on leading change in careers, advice, skills and training.

Speaking of the move, CEO John Yarham said:

“Our move to Pearl House is the latest of several key projects over the last year to place the company in an even stronger position over the next five years and beyond. These changes have been very important and enable us to focus on embedding the quality of our range of delivery during 2019.”

Whilst each office has a clear purpose, they allow all staff to work interchangeably with a degree of hot-desking and multi-use space.

All three offices have a similar look and feel but with a strong direction, creates a fully streamlined approach for Futures;

• Pearl House – a modern, attractive head office, housing the Group’s admin and operations team.
• The Hub – a high quality training and administration facility for Futures for Business.
• Maid Marian Way – Owned offices and the Futures for You careers advice centre
