Yorkshire Training Provider The Skills Network Celebrates 10 Years of Success

The Skills Network (TSN), one of the UK’s leading training providers, proudly celebrates its 10-year anniversary in March and reflects on a decade of success.

The company, based in Selby, was founded in March 2009 by owners Mick Cox and Eliot Grant. Arising out of humble beginnings, TSN initially operated out of a small rented office near Howden, East Yorkshire, with just three members of staff.

Over the last decade, TSN has specialised in online learning, growing in strength and reputation by providing distance learning courses to those in health and social care, early years, security, education, trade-union, and local government settings.

In reaching this key milestone,TSN celebrates its growth into what is now a leading international training provider with a head count of over 210 staff across both the Selby HQ and the London office.

Having amassed a portfolio of over 100 endorsed courses and 44 college partnerships, the company now proudly operates internationally in over 10 countries and supports over 30,000 people achieve a recognised qualification every year.

In only a decade, TSN has supported over 194,000 people and 5,000 organisations to upskill in a range of subjects, many of which are through government funded qualifications, and has achieved a landmark 500,000 registered users on their own award-winning ‘EQUAL’ learning system.
