Irish analytics leader Glantus acquires UK business intelligence group Dynistics

Glantus, the Irish analytics software company, has acquired London-based business intelligence company Dynistics Ltd for a consideration of £1.75 million (1.9m euro). Dynistics provides software and services to a range of industries and is a market leader in the education sector. The official acquisition date is June 1st 2019.

Glantus is an Irish company with offices in Dublin, London and New York. It is a data analytics company with a platform that provides specialist solutions to the Education, Retail, Construction and Financial Services sectors.

Maurice Healy, Glantus founder, said:

“With the acquisition of Dynistics, Glantus has enhanced its product portfolio and consolidated its position as a supplier of quality analytics solutions into the UK market. It also has a specialist solution for the education sector in Ireland and the U.S.”
