Top marks for apprenticeship provider Access Training

Nottingham-based Access Training has secured a place in the top 5% of apprenticeship providers across England for client satisfaction, according to the Department for Education’s FE Choices Employer Satisfaction survey.

Only 26 of 569 providers scored a 100% client recommendation rate across further education colleges and providers. Access Training was the only independent provider in the East Midlands to achieve this exemplary score.

The survey reflects feedback from clients who partner with Access on apprenticeships in areas such as housing management, customer services, maintenance and adult social care.

Corrina Hembury, Managing Director of Access Training, comments on the success:

“We are simply delighted with this result. In our 35 years of providing apprenticeships, we’ve worked with a diverse client base, ranging from the British Geological Survey to construction companies, NHS trusts, schools and nurseries. To service such a wide range of subjects and sectors is no mean feat so to be recognised in this way -and importantly by our clients -is validation indeed that our flexible delivery model and commitment to outstanding customer service are valued.

We look forward to maintaining this exemplary score over the coming year, along with our learner achievement rates which are consistently higher than the national average.”
