From education to employment

Get chartered with UCEM’s new Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship MSc route

UCEM Principal, Ashley Wheaton

Employers and graduates can now take advantage of (@StudyUCEM) University College of Estate Management’s new Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship MSc route.

The apprenticeship gives an opportunity to graduates employed in surveying roles to complete one of UCEM’s MSc RICS-accredited programmes and the APC to gain chartered status.

Employers, through this apprenticeship route, now have the opportunity to hire graduates with non-surveying degrees, affording greater flexibility with their recruitment.

UCEM Principal, Ashley Wheaton, commented:

“I am delighted that we now offer an MSc route on our Chartered Surveyor apprenticeship. Becoming chartered is the gold standard within the Built Environment and successfully completing our apprenticeship will ensure you fulfil that ambition.

“We are constantly evaluating how our academic offer supports the sector and the launch of this apprenticeship route will further enable employers to recruit a more diverse workforce into the Built Environment which supports our goal to widen participation in the sector. We are incredibly proud to be the largest provider of Built Environment apprenticeships and this new route enhances the range of apprenticeships we offer alongside our employer partners.

“I look forward to seeing employers and graduates alike benefit from the provision of this apprenticeship.”
