Avado adopts Bud to enhance the learning journey

@AVADOlearning, a professional learning academy, have adopted training management platform Bud to support them in improving their organisational performance and learning delivery.

After a period of change including a company merger in 2018, Avado found themselves using multiple legacy platforms for their apprenticeship business Arch, which meant that data was being collected through several sources. This siloed system was making it challenging for Avado to gather information on learner progress, with manual processes needed to manage the organisational key performance indicators.

Working with Bud, Avado will benefit from the platform’s joined-up workflow processes, helping to drive seamless training delivery that will improve the learner and employer experience, whilst simplifying the reporting procedure. Bud will collate all of Avado’s apprenticeship data into a single source, providing them with actionable insights to inform critical business decisions.

Amy Crawford, COO at Avado said:

“During the initial discovery phase of using Bud’s platform, we could see that it would enable a new delivery model for Avado, allowing us to spend less time in spreadsheets and more time with our learners and clients. The Bud team displayed a unique understanding of the industry which is embedded into the principles of its solution design for the platform.”

“Bud will enable us to really put the learner journey at the heart of our process, and scale our operations efficiently, consistently and profitably.”

Owen Thomas, COO at Bud said

“We are so pleased to welcome Avado onto Bud and that they will be delivering their apprenticeships via our platform.  I’m sure they will be recognising and reaping the rewards of using a single joined-up platform that has been specifically designed for the delivery of apprenticeships at scale in the very near future”.
