SFJ Awards join industry-leading Awarding Organisation collaborative as Federation Platinum Partners

SFJ Awards (@SFJAwards) are thrilled to be welcomed this month to the Federation of Awarding Bodies (@AwardingBodies) Platinum Programme, joining a collective of highly regarded awarding and assessment organisations collaborating to improve outcomes for learning and development through regulated qualifications.

As long-standing colleagues of the Federation, SFJ Awards Managing Director Candace Miller and her qualifications team will be furthering this relationship, as the industry-leading group work together to share their collective voice on the future of workforce skills, providing better flexibility and better jobs.

Tom Bewick, Chief Executive, FAB said:

“The Federation is delighted to welcome SFJ Awards as a Platinum Partner. They will be joining a handful of other leading awarding and assessment organisations in the UK that are pioneering the future of workforce skills. With an unrivalled commitment to quality and placing the learner and employer at the centre of everything we do, SFJ Awards will be at the heart of the big strategic conversations — leading on FAB’s new twenty-first century professionalisation and skills 4.0 initiative. Working closely with government, regulators and stakeholders, this includes shaping the future of education and skills policy; particularly as we recover from the worst pandemic in a century and prepare people for some very different job roles in future.”

As Platinum Partners, SFJ Awards look to focus on vocational qualifications and assessments, shining a light on the initiatives required to meet the future needs of individuals, employers, and training providers, with such an influential platform allowing for the voices of their centres and learners’ to be truly heard.

Candace added:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be joining a prestigious group of organisations by becoming a Platinum Partner with the Federation. Our close working relationship with industry-leaders associated with FAB ensures we can contribute collectively to the ongoing development of qualifications and improvement of learning outcomes that will continue to benefit employers, individuals, and training providers into the future.

“Having worked closely with FAB for a number of years, this partnership further endorses the fantastic work that can be achieved through a collaborative approach to growing and diversifying the UK qualifications landscape.”
