@Protocol_Rec – Leading FE, skills and HE recruitment specialists demonstrate business growth as they announce job promotions

Protocol, a leading full-service recruitment agency in the education, skills and training sectors has announced the internal promotion of five key team members as they continue to go through enormous growth.

Protocol operates across a national footprint and has successfully provided the education, skills and employability sector with a wide range of recruiting services for over 25 years.

This week, the company announced that due to an ambitious and exciting expansion and re-structure plan, they have promoted Stef Evans to Protocol’s first Recruitment Director, Beth Curtis to Director of Business Development & Strategy and Charlotte Willis, Kennedy Webster and Chloe Skillington to Head of Recruitment in their specialist fields. These promotions will help Protocol to grow their teams and provide a wider infrastructure to manage their expanding business, furthering their culture of internal career investment and progression.

Ian Sackree, Chief Executive at Protocol commented:

“I am absolutely delighted to see our most talented Recruitment Leaders recognised through their respective promotions. Protocol is a ‘Force for Good’ in FE, Skills and HE recruitment and our growth to date coupled with the exciting plans we have for further expansion will require this substantially strengthened Recruitment and Account Care structure to ensure that we have the bandwidth to hear our clients and to adapt our broad range of services to fully meet the needs of our clients and candidates.”

This news brings much needed positivity to a sector that, like many others, has experienced tough times during the pandemic. Over the next few months Protocol is set to significantly grow and continue to open up employment opportunities for additional talent to join their team – a much needed boost for employment in the area.
