Talking about the virtual conference, Russell Dalgleish. Chair, Scottish Business Network said:

“Having been born in Selkirk, I have a unique insight into the rich talent, culture and opportunity the South of Scotland can offer. Having spent the last few years of my life building Scotland’s Diaspora network across 70 plus countries, I know the demand there is by fellow Scots to contribute to Scotland. This event allows us to bring together these two communities and create collisions that will be transformational for these involved.”

Attendees at the online event will also hear from leading local entrepreneurs, senior international figures from the region and from those who can help build valuable international connections.

A key feature of this event will be the unique match-making service creating connections between businesses in the region and global connections, making it the Ultimate Networking Opportunity.

The event is being hosted by South of Scotland Enterprise and the Scottish Business Network, with a tagline of “Ready to learn from the best?”
