As innovation and technology continue to transform practically every sector, digital skills are increasingly needed in almost every job. We know that many of our employer partners are experiencing a shortage in digital skills, and evidence highlights that 69% of UK leaders believe their company doesn’t hold the skills needed to thrive as part of today’s digital economy. Lifetime’s scale and Intequal’s expertise in the sector will provide a huge opportunity to bridge the skills gap and offer essential digital training to more people and businesses.”

Dominic Gill, Intequal’s Co-Founder has said

“Over the last twelve years Intequal has adopted an innovative approach to helping companies upskill their workforce in the digital sector. Utilising the most appropriate technologies we have delivered digital apprenticeships and digital skills training to ensure these companies continue to have the right skills to advance their business. Being acquired by Lifetime will allow us to remain innovative whilst helping companies keep pace with digital transformation across a much broader number of sectors. We’re excited that this will be in a home that firmly shares our values of integrity, equality and quality.”
