FE News chats with Adam Swash from WORKing for YOUth to discuss how his group is engaging young people
WORKing for YOUth is a cross industry initiative in response to the youth unemployment crisis, and comprises 56 large organisations. The main aims of the group is to achieve sensible recruiting for employers, and to work with young people to provide support including advice and guidance on interview techniques.
