Nick Boles discusses UK skills challenges
FE News catches up with Skills Minister Nick Boles at the Association of Colleges conference to talk about the challenges facing the skills sector.
Mr Boles compares the UK’s Apprenticeship numbers with other countries such as Germany and India, which are currently topping the charts.
He also outlines how anyone up to the age of 24 who has completed a Level 2 course will now be able to start a Traineeship, where they can advance their skills even further.
