FE News catches up with Stewart Segal, chief executive of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP), at the Voice of Apprenticeships conference in London.

Stewart talks about the Trailblazer programme, and the difficulty of getting small businesses to be involved in reviewing its standards.

He calls for an overhaul of the entire review process to get a much more standardised approach.
