AELP CEO Stewart Segal talks about the challenges and opportunities facing the sector as it looks to meet the government’s three million Apprenticeships target at the AELP annual conference. 

He explains how, although times are tough with BIS looking to make £900 million in cuts, the government’s priority to invest in skills, particularly Apprenticeships and Traineeships, is a positive for the sector.
