Paul Champion on the launch of the National Apprenticeship Company

Paul Champion, CEO of the Profound Group, discusses the National Apprenticeship Company he has just launched at the Apprenticeships 4 England conference. 

The National Apprenticeship Company is being set up to develop a radical new system to engage employers, where training providers can work together to deliver high quality Apprenticeships and end assessment.

It will initially work with employers to help them through the bureaucracy of delivering high quality Apprenticeships.

Champion outlines how Apprenticeships are going through fundamental reforms that have not been seen for a generation, and how the National Apprenticeship Company will work with employers to help them understand the Apprenticeship reforms and the new levy.

He also explains how training providers can get involved with the National Apprenticeship Company, and how the organisation will work in partnership with providers to reduce the red tape and bureaucracy in delivering Apprenticeships.
