FE News catches up with Simon Bartley on his first day in his new role as WorldSkills International President. 

Bartley discusses his plans for WorldSkills, and the ongoing legacy of the competition to improve skills and awareness of them.

He also explains how international competitions enable subject matter experts from across the world to share best practice and improve teaching of their subject areas.
