From education to employment

Northern Regional College approved to offer AAT courses

AAT (@YourAAT) has announced that Northern Regional College (NRC) has been granted accreditation, making them the first Further Education (FE) College in Northern Ireland to offer AAT qualifications.

NRC is offering Level 2 and 3 AAT Bookkeeping and Accounting qualifications across four of its campus sites at Ballymena, Magherafelt, Newtownabbey and Coleraine. They have commenced delivery with their first AAT cohorts and are taking bookings for future course.

This accreditation increases the opportunity for individuals in the region to gain practical finance and accounting skills, as well as internationally recognised AAT qualifications and professional membership. NRC are also engaging employers to upskill their workforce with AAT qualifications.

Additionally, NRC has access to a wide range of funding streams, including JobStart and Skills Focus, and is offering financial support for individuals and employers wanting to undertake AAT qualifications with the college.
