Unionlearn Value My Skills in now available in 10 languages

Value my skills on a laptop

The Value My Skills online tool was developed as part of @Unionlearn’s Mid-life Skills Review Project and will help workers explore experiences and skills from all areas of their lives to help identify strengths and areas for development.  

The 10 available languages are:  


·         English  

·         Finnish  

·         French  

·         German  

·         Italian  

·         Latvian  

·         Lithuanian  

·         Polish  

·         Romanian  

·         Spanish  


Unionlearn Projects Officer Jane Warwick said: “You might be considering a change of job, a promotion, doing a course or some voluntary work, or simply want to review what you can offer to the job market.”  


“The tool takes you through steps with clear instructions to identify and rate your skills, keep reflection notes, design an action plan and record your progress. You can use the tool on your own or consider having a Union Learning Rep to guide you and discuss your findings with.  


You can access the Value My Skills tool on the unionlearn website which includes a Quick Start guide to using the tool.
