East Lothian Eleven are Catering for Life!

Eleven candidates have become the latest successes to benefit from the 10 week Catering for Life programme delivered by Borders College and funded by the Department for Work and Pensions.  After previous courses running in the Borders and most recently Midlothian, this course was offered to participants in East Lothian.  Following a well attended information day at Musselburgh Job Centre, 12 candidates were selected to progress with the programme.

Borders College launches new course for budding engineers

Borders College has recently launched a new course for budding engineers and students can apply to sign up now, ready for the new term. Students who enrol on the NC Manufacturing Engineering (Level 6) programme will be taught the basic principles of engineering to set them up for further study or the workplace.
