Paul discusses alternate ideas for tackling youth employment, such as re-addressing the demand away from the supply side of training and brokerage. He explains how the youth employment blockage is the demand side from employers, and suggests how to be more intelligent with funding allocation, tax breaks or wage incentives to assist employers in helping young people join the labour market.
