Overview
This session will update you on the current position of generative AI, how organisations are using it, how you can engage stakeholders in the AI conversation, and what to do to get started.
It’s easy to get swept away with the current mania with generative AI, and remembering this, helps us to feel a sense of control and calmness. Your teams are in the same space as many who are unsure of what this AI centric future holds.
Maybe they are concerned about what they are hearing about this technology, are unsure of what trust means in this equation and/or are wary of the future when it comes to jobs and skills.
None of us have the magic bullet here, but what we can do is to look ahead and be proactive in navigating what is coming, step by step.

- Describe communication strategies to drive excitement and engagement in AI;
- Understand how to introduce AI into your organisation considering digital ethics and integrity requirements, and future resources and support.
