We at S knights are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Part-Time Manager to join the Accounts team of our client.
We are looking for someone on a part time basis!
Our client’s is an Independant training company with a vision is to impact and cahnge the lives of their learners through learning and training. They pride themselves in delivering quality education with outstanding welfare support.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, payroll processes, and VAT submissions.
Work closely with the Director to provide detailed updates on financial status, cash flows, and risk assessments, acting as a trusted advisor on all financial matters.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving the business toward enhanced efficiency and profitability.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of strategic financial plans that align with our business growth and expansion objectives.
Present financial insights and recommendations to the Director and team members clearly and persuasively, encouraging proactive decision-making and collaboration.
Requirements:
Demonstrate your expertise and reliability in managing financial operations, with a proven history of success in similar roles.
While an ACCA qualification is not essential, relevant accounting experience and qualifications are highly valued.
Exhibit proficiency in accounting software and financial tools, allowing you to handle complex financial data effortlessly.
Show strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to interpret financial information and provide strategic advice.
Effectively communicate financial insights, ensuring clarity and alignment among team members.
Collaborate effectively with the Director and team members, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Display flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks and priorities, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
