Job Title: Assessor – Team Leading and Business Admin
Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel across Birmingham and surrounding areas
Salary: up to £30,000 (Depending on experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
– Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Admin up to Level 3.
– Delivering virtual based training to learners, along with field-based assessments.
– Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills – Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
– Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
– Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
– Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
– Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Criteria:
– Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Admin.
– Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
– Must hold strong Team Leading competency.
– Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
– Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
– Must be flexible with travel.
