£26,393 to £39,819 (pro rata, per annum for part time employees)

Hours: Up to 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

The Role

As a lecturer you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Science programmes. This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design / development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered. You will teach predominantly on our Vocational Science provision at level 2 and 3, assume the role of personal tutor and may also be required to teach across our A-level provision.

What we are looking for

You should possess a UK Honours degree or UK ENIC recognised degree in a related discipline and a recognised teaching qualification. You should also have a track record of success in teaching examination based Science and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
