As an ACS Domestic Gas Instructor you will deliver training and assessments to learners at both the Derby and York centres. You will support the development and improvement of courses and training facilities, working closely with quality and audit teams to maintain the highest standards.

You will engage with learners to provide an excellent learning experience, building their confidence and skills, while acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation and promoting its values and reputation.

The ideal candidate will be an engineer with strong domestic gas experience who is confident, people-focused and ready to move into a rewarding training role.

The Role

Deliver ACS Domestic Gas training and assessments
Support the development and maintenance of courses and training facilities
Work with quality and audit teams to maintain high standards
Engage with learners and ensure an excellent learning experience
Represent the organisation professionally at all times

The Person

Experienced domestic gas engineer with relevant qualifications (for example CCN1 CESP1 CMA1 MET1 MET4 CKR1 HTR1 CENWAT1 CPA1 REGT1 ICPN1 TPCP1 Water Regulations or Unvented Hot Water)
Confident, engaging and able to connect with learners of all levels
Highly organised, proactive and able to multitask
People oriented, approachable and professional
Motivated to move off the tools and develop a career in training
