Are you organised with exceptional communication skills?

We’re looking for a Student Support Administrator to join the team.

Salary: £24,960 (pro rata) | Hours: 24 per week (with the view to increase in future)

Location: Remote | Role: Student Support Administrator

About the role

The Student Support Administrator leads the monitoring of our student experience. To support our culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Daily duties will include:

Monitoring the entire student experience from induction to alumni students.
Driving and overseeing continuous improvement of administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
Organising and leading discussions and improvement activities involving apprentices and employers.
Providing leadership for the SEND administration team. Ensuring correct delivery of SEND and access arrangements.
Providing administrative support for complaints.
Utilising data analysis to create informed survey responses. Highlighting data trends and areas of improvement.
Conducting personalised feedback sessions with learners. Speaking with learners at risk of disengagement or extended breaks in learning.
Managing assessments and transitions, addressing issues like interruptions in learning or early departures.

About you

We’re looking for an organised and empathetic individual with the following skills and experience:

Previous experience within an administrative role for a training or apprenticeship organisation
An understanding of apprentice journeys across various sectors.
Familiarity with the requirements of Ofsted and the Department for Education (DfE).
Some experience in databases and spreadsheet manipulation.
Effective communication and relationship building, skilled in influencing and networking.
A self-directed and collaborative team player, adaptable to changing priorities.
A strategic thinker with the capability to translate strategies into operational plans.
Ideally, some previous experience conducting and leading focus groups.
