Sports and Cultural Scholarships
Sports and cultural scholarships have been awarded to NPTC Group of Colleges’ students to help them fulfil their ambitions.
The scholarships are awarded each year to help students of exceptional sporting or creative ability to develop their talents to their fullest potential whilst maintaining their academic studies.
Students apply for the award and are then interviewed before selection is made. Successful candidates receive a cash reward to help them with costs that arise in the course of their activity including travel, specialist equipment, training or teaching costs.
The high performing students from NPTC Group of Colleges were presented with a certificate and £500 each to encourage them to develop their skills, and hopefully follow the likes of former students including Dan Baker, Ashley Beck, Duncan Jones, James Hook, Chelsea Lewis, Nichola James, Joe Allen, Hayley Tullett, Philippa Roles and Steve Balsamo, just to name a few.
As well as financial support, scholarship winners receive guidance and support from NPTC Group of Colleges to nurture their talents.
