Overview
Ensuring learners are equipped for the future isn’t just good practice – it’s a statutory requirement and a critical component of quality and inspection frameworks in the FE and Skills sector.
This practical and insightful half-day online workshop will help you and your organisation to meet the required Ofsted Inspection, matrix standards and Gatsby Benchmarks.
You’ll gain some strategies, tools, and resources to embed high-quality careers guidance throughout the learner journey, including onboarding and curriculum delivery, with specific focus on supporting all learners, including those with SEND, ALN, and EHCPs.
