In the wake of changes to Functional Skills requirements, it’s more important than ever for providers to embed core literacy and communication skills into vocational delivery — especially for 19+ apprentices.
This practical webinar explores how to make gradual, targeted improvements to learners’ written and spoken communication that add up over time. Using the concept of “tiny gains”, we’ll look at how to build skills in a way that aligns with employer expectations, inspection frameworks, and learner goals — all without overwhelming your delivery.
