The Role
Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based lessons in Plumbing (Levels 1-3)
Plan and assess learning to awarding body standards
Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records
Support adult learners in achieving their goals in a positive, inclusive environment
Participate in course development and curriculum planning

The Person
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or higher)
Gas Safe registered with at least 5 years of industry experience
Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one – fully funded)
Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-focused attitude
Determined, people-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed
Based within 30 miles of Radstock
