SAR SURGERY WITH FIN

Join Kerry Boffey for a open surgery. Before you upload your SAR, Kerry will take you through a self evaluative check list so you can feel confident about meeting the deadline. Over the years and through our extensive work with providers we have seen all types for Self-assessment reports. Some members opt for using the readily available FIN template, some prefer to design their own style. However, so many Self-assessment reports focus on process and reporting on the services the provider offers. Too many self assessments miss the opportunity to report on the impact. The self assessment is a shop window into your provision it needs to reflect honestly but also clearly identify how you are improving provision.
