Hampshire College Is Re-accredited For Investor in People Status

Eastleigh College has been re-accredited as an Investor in People (IiP). The prestigious Investors in People is a framework for business improvement that focuses on three key areas: Business Planning; Communications; Training & Development.
A two day assessment visit took place at Eastleigh College in June, in which 40 members of staff were interviewed by an assessor, matching the college’s plans and performance against the IiP standards. The verdict was very positive and the report commented on the fact that the assessor was impressed by the way that the college has moved forward and developed its approach to staff support and development.
An Investor in People is fully committed to developing its people in order to achieve is aims and objectives, and the re-accreditation proves that Eastleigh College continues to demonstrate good practice in supporting its staff.
