Digital performance agency, ClickThrough Marketing (@clickthrough), has partnered with Staffordshire University (@StaffsUni) as part of the ‘Staffordshire Digital Innovation Partnerships’ programme.

The Digital Innovation Partnerships have been developed by the university to improve and drive digital innovation within Staffordshire businesses. The scheme is designed to support the development of new digital products and services to be used to enhance business processes.

ClickThrough’s membership of the Digital Innovation Partnerships programme comes as part of their commitment to innovation and development. The partnership comes alongside Macy Edwards’ promotion to Director of Digital Transformation & Innovation, a new role created in line with a new, dedicated digital transformation consultancy service within the agency.

As part of the partnership, ClickThrough will also be welcoming a student from Staffordshire university to provide vocational training as part of their degree. The student intern will be working as a data scientist and assisting in the development of two proprietary technology tools.

Staffordshire University’s Employer Partnership Development Manager, Philip O’Neil said:

“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome ClickThrough Marketing onto the Staffordshire Digital Innovation Partnerships. Together, we’ll be working on an innovative project to help transform the business and our team are excited to get started. We hope this to be the start of a long and successful relationship between the university and ClickThrough.”

Of the partnership, Macy Edwards said:

“This is a really exciting partnership for us as we begin our expansion into providing more advanced data science services.  The guidance of both their academics, as well as students with a passion for data, will accelerate our product developments through collaboration and innovation. I can’t wait to get started and look forward to working together longer term!”

The news follows March’s news of ClickThrough being named the 6th best digital agency in the UK, as part of The Drum’s 2021 Census.
