Overview
This webinar will help apprenticeship training providers to develop a deeper understanding of the importance of the apprenticeship Training Plan and the design of content in partnership with the apprentice and his/her employer line manager/mentor.
Objectives
This webinar will cover:
- The key important components that make up an effective apprenticeship Training Plan;
- Deep dive on the onboarding stages, processes and outcomes and how these are used to inform the apprentice Training Plan;
- The importance of and engaging with employers as an active part in the development of the Training Plan content and its use during the apprentice learning journey.
