The Provider Access Legislation came into force in January 2023, requiring schools to allow all provider types to have access to their students to be able to promote the different learning options.
This presents both opportunities and challenges for providers in considering:The resource and cost implication;
- Different strategies for school engagement;
- Staff training in delivering impactful sessions to years 8 – 13;
- Managing the school relationship;
- Measuring the impact and Return on Investment.
