Passionate in the delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare?
We have collaborated with an award winning organisation who are currently looking for qualified Assessors to join their team delivering the Residential Childcare Apprenticeship from level 2 to 5. Our client operate nationwide, providing learners with a curriculum designed to effectively teach skills, knowledge and behaviours to support them to thrive in the work place.

This has been put in place to continue to motivate, incentivise and reward their team for the hard work and dedication in delivering high quality programmes for their learners.
Responsibilities
Supervise a caseload of up to 50 learners, leading them toward the successful completion of their apprenticeships via monthly teaching sessions utilising a blended remote delivery approach
Assist learners in compiling evidence that contributes to their apprenticeship knowledge, skills, and behaviors for EPA
Identify and provide support to learners with additional learning needs
Track and oversee learner progress throughout their apprenticeship journey
Assist learners in achieving FS level 2 in English and mathematics if they don’t already possess these qualifications at the outset
Maintain strong relationships within the team, as well as with clients, including managers and learners
Experience and Skills
Hold a teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, DET, or equivalent
Hold an assessors award A1, CAVA, TAQA or equivalent (desired)
Knowledge of Ofsted expectation and standards
Have a Level 5 or higher qualification in Leadership and Management, or possess a managerial experience in a residential home
GCSE in Maths and English at level C or level 2 functional skills
Occupational competence in a residential childcare setting
