Job Title: Trainee Assessor – Performing Manufacturing Operations (PMO)
Location: South Wales – Centre Based
Salary: £25,000 + benefits package
Type: Permanent
Essential Criteria:
– Hold solid, occupational competency within Manufacturing.
– Must have experience of delivering training to colleagues within a manufacturing environment, or experience of supporting an apprentice with their Apprenticeship/NVQ work internally.
– Willing to work towards the Assessor award (fully funded / training provided)
Duties include:
– Assess and support learners working towards PMO NVQ to Level 2, 1-1 and small group setting.
– Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills knowledge and behaviours.
– Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression. – Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
