WCG (formerly Warwickshire College Group) students celebrate stellar A-Level results

@WCollegeGroup students at the leading college group in Warwickshire achieved a stellar set of #ALevel results in the face of Covid-19 disruption.

WCG (formerly Warwickshire College Group) received results for the 211 learners across two of its colleges.

A-Level students at Rugby College and Royal Leamington Spa College achieved an overall pass rate of 100 per cent, a two per cent rise from the 2019 figures.

The perfect pass rate was achieved across 15 courses, including economics, mathematics, history, psychology, physics, chemistry and more.

James Stacey, Head of A-Levels at WCG, said:

ā€œIt has been a difficult year for our students as a result of Covid-19 and the impact had on exams and assessments.

ā€œWe are sure there will be some relief amongst students now that their results are now out and weā€™re incredibly proud of their efforts to achieve what they have this academic year.

ā€œThese results certainly represent the dedication and hard work put in by students and tutors, because even during lockdown classes continued right up to, and beyond, the end of term.

ā€œWe would like to congratulate everyone receiving their results today and we look forward to following them closely as they take the next steps in their education and careers.ā€

WCG provides help and advice for all students, whatever their grades and is able to provide guidance on all the options available to students receiving their results.
