Aiming for Outstanding

September 7, 2023 @ 2:00 pm 3:00 pm

Join us for the second session of our series, where we delve into the world of outstanding provision and the coveted recognition from Ofsted. At FIN, we take great pride in announcing that a number of our members have achieved, and are continuing to achieve an outstanding grade from Ofsted. But what does it truly take to earn this accolade? What is beyond the inspection report? If you had the opportunity to hear directly from the nominees, what advice would they offer?

In this session, we are thrilled to have Hawk Training, active FIN members since 2018, sharing their valuable insights. Join Managing Director Crawford Knott, Nominee Paul Estall, and Shadow Nominee Peter Roberts as they provide a firsthand account of their recent inspection journey. They will reveal the details behind implementing high-quality practices year-round and working to alleviate the fear associated with inspections.

The Hawk Training team will discuss the impact of effective support and challenge from governance, shedding light on the role played by FIN/ALIN CEO Kerry Boffey. Attending this session will give you invaluable tips, knowledge and strategies to position yourself and your organisation for outstanding success.

If you aspire to achieve outstanding recognition and want to optimise your chances of success, these sessions are an unmissable opportunity. Sign up today, completely free of charge for FIN members! For assistance with booking, please contact us at [email protected].
