Providers are monitored and measured through their performance against the indicators of the Apprenticeship Accountability Framework. Understanding these measures and the data used is essential for any governor, leader or manager in the sector to support effective decision making and long term sustainability as well as fundamental compliance with funding agreements and the ability to deliver in future.
In late 2025 we should have updated areas of accountability and revised regulatory limits and understanding what they are and how an organisation can forecast and track performance is a critical area of risk management that strong providers will want to plan and prepare for.
During the session, we’ll look at:
- What are the metrics?
- How we work with the data effectively?
- How do we benchmark performance?
- How can we forecast and measure improvements at a governance and leadership level?
- How do we plan and implement appropriate actions to improve?
You will receive an ‘Accountability framework self assessment and action plan template ’ and a ‘National benchmark data for QAR, Retention and Pass rates by standard from the 2026 national statistical release’ as well as a CPD attendance certificate as evidence of your personal development.
That’s why this 2-hour deep-dive session will help you improve your understanding, consider effective ways of planning and develop effective implementation of strategy in this area to lay a strong foundation for the coming years.
