We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Digital Specialist role, for our client, fostering team unity and inclusivity is fundamental. The role entails specialisation in the learning management system, offering digital and data support to the Learning and Development team, and facilitating colleagues’ access to online learning resources.
This will be a full time permanent role, with working hours of 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, remotely.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working closely with the management and leadership to create training content in specific departments within the organisation.
Managing the learner and development platforms within the organisation, ensuring all employee learning needs are met.
Supporting with the onboarding and enrollment process for new starters and interview processes.
Ensure the staff are all up to date with their training, following up with individuals to ensure submissions are in a timely manner.
The role is split into two parts: 30% – creating training content, making it a fun experience so individuals stay engaged and happy to complete and 70% – generating reports, data management and query handling.
Confident in technical requirements such as the use of LMS (learning management systems, CRMs and Moodle.
Experience and Skills:
Proficiency in administering learning management systems, particularly Moodle.
Experience in designing, creating, and managing digital content and e-learning courses.
Ability to independently oversee projects to completion.
Collaboration with stakeholders to address database and system requirements.
Adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
