From education to employment

Take part in ETF’s latest research to help shape your future professional support

Practitioners from across the Further Education (FE) and Training sector are invited to take part in a piece of research commissioned by the Education and Training Foundation’s (ETF) professional membership body, the Society for Education Training (SET), to help understand the challenges faced and raise the status of your profession.

The survey, which is now live and closes on Friday 18 December, gives you the opportunity to have your say on what is important to you and how we can support your professional needs. At a time when many of us are still adapting to the ongoing effects of the coronavirus pandemic, and the additional pressures this may have brought to your role, it is more important than ever that we have a greater impact in helping those across the sector.

Martin Reid, Director at SET, said:

“In the face of the pandemic, SET members – teachers, trainers, educators and support staff have had to navigate new ways of teaching, and delivering.  More than ever, SET needs to champion the quality of teaching and training across further education and deliver support to those working in the profession.  We believe this piece of research will provide the insight to do just that.”

Membership Matters, specialists in membership research, has been commissioned to ensure results are independent, impartial and anonymous.
