Inspectors benefit from New Co-operation

Tribal Education was awarded two contracts worth £50 million by the school’s watchdog Ofsted for the provision of inspection services in delivering school inspections.

The contract will be supported by Tribal Technology who will be supplying a single integrated portal for schools, on – site inspectors and Ofsted to access central information. The solution will allow a way to access central systems, an online booking system, as well as allow workflow control for inspection reports and associated information. It will also provide a controlled and shared document area for schools, inspection teams and Ofsted.

The portal will be available for over 400 inspectors inspecting approximately 2000 schools per annum with 80 inspections per term week on average.
