Tom Fletcher CMG to speak at City Lit Ambassador Lecture Series

Former foreign advisor to prime ministers Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and David Cameron, and former ambassador to Lebanon, Tom Fletcher CMG will be the latest speaker in the City Lit Ambassador Lecture Series. 

Leading the event on Thursday 24th November as part of the adult education provider’s Ambassador Lecture Series, Tom is currently Principal of Hertford College, Oxford University. He is author of the bestselling Naked Diplomacy: Power & Statecraft in the Digital Age (2016) and Ten Survival Skills for a World in Flux (Harper Collins, February 2022). His first novel, The Ambassador (Canelo) was released in August 2022.

The Ambassador Lecture Series will be followed by a book signing in the City Lit Gallery at 13:15-14:00. The Kensington Book Shop will be selling Tom’s books on the day.

Tickets cost £10 to join in person or £5 to join via zoom and can be purchased from City Lit’s website.
