Activate Learning teams up with Fuller’s to deliver apprenticeships

Activate Learning (@Activate_Learn) is pleased to announce that it has been chosen as one of the partners to deliver apprenticeships with premium pubs and hotel business Fuller’s, within the Oxfordshire and Cotswolds area. 

Commis Chef and Chef de Partie apprentices will spend one day a week in City of Oxford College’s brand-new state-of-the-art training kitchens. Their other four days will be spent at one of Fuller’s pubs or hotels, being mentored by the Head Chef. 

Activate Learning’s City of Oxford College joins Fuller’s partner network of colleges, which includes Bath College, Brockenhurst College, Havant & South Downs College, Milton Keynes College, University College Birmingham, Westminster Kingsway College and Weymouth College. 

The apprenticeship programmes at City of Oxford College will commence on 13 September. 

Upon completion of their apprenticeship, apprentices will be offered a permanent role, at one of Fuller’s Managed Pubs and Hotels.

“The apprentices will come from across Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds to complete a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie apprenticeship, underpinning Activate Learning’s unique Learning Philosophy.”
