CHICHESTER COLLEGE LAUNCHES ITS FIRST DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP
Chichester College is offering aspiring leaders the opportunity to take their careers further with the launch of its first degree-level apprenticeship.
The college is now able to offer a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA), which will be delivered by the college and validated by The Open University.
The apprenticeship combines work with study, with graduates working towards achieving a BA (Hons) in Management Practice as well as become eligible for Chartered Manager status – the highest level that can be achieved in the management profession.
The announcement comes as the UK marks National Apprenticeship Week (Monday 4 – Friday 8 March), an annual celebration that brings the whole apprenticeship community together to honour the impact of apprenticeships on individuals, employers and the economy.

“We are delighted to be delivering degree-level apprenticeships at Chichester College.
“Degree apprenticeships are a fantastic route for professionals to gain qualifications in their industry – they will be working and learning at the same time to combine academic theory with work experience.
“It’s a vital combination that will give aspiring – and current managers – a rich insight into management within their industry.
“We are in the process of developing further programmes and we hope this will be the first in a line of high-quality degree level apprenticeships to be delivered across the Chichester College Group.”
