Asfa Sohail, Principal at Lewisham College, said:

“We are proud to be working with Goldsmiths, The Albany and Do It Now Now to help people in our community to develop their skills and find employment opportunities in the creative industries.

“We are excited to launch this partnership and look forward to the life-changing opportunities that Lewisham residents will access as a result of our bespoke training programmes and industry connections.”

Organisations such as Goldsmiths were also on hand to speak to attendees about the exciting range of pathways in the creative sector.

Majidur Rahman, Business Engagement Officer at Goldsmiths, said:

“Get Creative has been a successful event to help promote the range of opportunities in the creative sector for Lewisham residents. Goldsmiths are very excited and proud to be working in partnership with Lewisham College on this great initiative.”
