Monitoring the impact of your provision is essential in supporting effective governance, operational management and meeting the needs of all interested parties.
This webinar aims to identify how providers have captured the impact of their provision previously, discuss alternative impact measures and consider how to map the impact of your provision onto the needs of employers from enrolment onwards.

Gerard McGrath worked as a full-time inspector and HMI for post 16 education and training for over 20 years.
More recently Gerard works as a quality improvement adviser to providers of further education and skills programmes.
Gerard is passionate about ensuring high quality education and training meet the needs of all learners and employers. Gerard has inspected many remits across multiple inspection frameworks, including work-based learning, Department for Work and Pensions employment-related programmes, offender learning, Ministry of Defence welfare and duty of care, and adult and community learning inspections. Gerard has worked outside of the UK alongside HMIP and MoD to carry out inspections and support quality improvement. A retired Registered Nurse, Gerard holds honours degrees in both Nursing studies and History.
