About the role
Providing direct support for learning to all College students, both face to face and online, you’ll facilitate both planned and independent learning opportunities.
Working closely with the Learning Technology coaches, you’ll be the ‘go to’ person for support within the learning resource centres for digital learning, taking the lead on digital initiatives, projects and promoting the use of new technologies.
The role will also include to assist in the smooth delivery of the LRC service by performing routine administrative duties and system admin duties effectively and efficiently.
About you
Good communication and organisational skills are also needed in this roll which will require the developing of positive working relationships with students and staff and the ability to respond to situations effectively.
